I used heavier ones on my 600RR and they definitely made a difference.

 

Try these. They are heavier than stock to cancel out the vibrations that cause discomfort and fatigue when riding. They are available in polished stainless steel or black powder coated. And yes they do work. Don’t get the stock ends and regret it later.
