Ihave justbought cbr 1k 2006 and want to know what is your average fuel consumption? (liters please) I know it is a difficult question as the consumtion depends largely on the drive manner but still...

 

I usually get about 15.5 km per liter (35ish mpg) and I ride mostly in the mountains. If I'm riding with a fast group that number goes down significantly. I've gotten lowerthan 13 km per liter at times.

 

When riding to work never taking it above 6000 rpm, I've gotten a best 42mpg, but riding hard as bad as 26mpg

 

I average 35-36...saw 49.8 on a highway trip once.

 

On mostly flat Jacksonville roads riding easy around 35mpg but riding hard easily 20mpg. I think red lights here have a lot to do with the 35 because low rpm cruising i can manage 40+. FYI none of this includes any tricks other than an occasional power wheelie.

 

I get 40mpg on my 08

 

i get about 32 on my 08 and i run rear tire pressure low for wheelies.

 

I get about 35 on my 06...

 

On my 40 mile round trip commutesfor work(mostly interstate drivingat 120 to 125 km/h)my stock'07gets 16 to 17 km/liter. Except for onramps and jackass drivers whoare forever stuck in the left lane, I'm usuallypretty easy on the throttle.
