I never see any vids of sitdowns on a 1000rr unless its a few sec wheelie or standups which is no biggie.. Was wondering if anyone can ride out sitdowns at balance point at not too high a speed for over 30 secs..if anyone has any vids also that would be kewl

 

I have a friend that can on his 06 1000rr, but I am not at that point. I can only hold mine for about 5 to 10 seconds- and it probably feels like ten seconds, but is really only 5.

To be honest, I am too worried about crashing my bike to push the limits. Sorry, I don't have any vids.

I can do one but not over 30 seconds, not yet.I, like Onarom, am worried about crashing my bike!

 

You guys are doing better than me then; I hit the BP and bring it back down. I've done a lot of wheelies in the past but don't want to mess this bike up; it's just too pretty!

 

I can ride sit down wheelies for days 1st and second gear until I hit the limiter, standups still scare the hell out of me though. (also kinda concerned about trashing a $10,000bike)
