i already said doemthing to him and he said he is just busy but whatever weather has been crappy. i went down at night speeding. i was on a side street and i didn't see the turn and had too much speed to slow down. was holding the front brake and started to lean the bike and front wheel slid out. the front tire hit the curb and thats how the forls got bent and the rim. i was being so damn stupid i'm mad at myself for my lapse in judgement. didn't really want to post about it but since you asked i will tell even though it makes me seem like a retard.

yeah i had only been riding for two weeks but i rode 1300 miles in those two weeks. i'm sure if i didn't panic and down shift to first and ease off the brake i would have made the turn fine but i was being stupid at night on a street i didn't know. i did learn the hard way but i'm glad i was wearing gear or i would have died. i hit my head pretty hard on the curb and now i will never ride without gear ever ever again.

I would really have the bike checked out thoroughly due to the fact that the fork is bent. if you have insurrance, maybe even push for a totaled...drop bike in driveway a couple of times, etc.. remember it is not like a car, if one of the wheels has any sort of problem, you are left with one wheel and that makes it really hard to go around a corner.
