2011 1000 deal or not?
 

Hey guys,

Just got back from the dealer and saw a "deal" on new 2011 cbr1000.
The dealer told me since it was the last in stock and they have 2012s and are waiting for 2013, that they would do 10,000 - 800 rebate. So essentially 9200 + tax and waived dealer fee.


I've always bought used bikes and I usually sell them in 5 years.


Is still a good deal or should I just buy used? I've never owned a 1000 cbr, so I am not sure on the depreciation, and howies I could sell it for in 2017.

hey man, i actually am picking up a 2012 1000RR non abs this week for 9700 plus taxs.. that what i negotiated it down too.. so i mean yours may be a sweet deal but i think u can get him a little lower
