pardon me. sorry to bug you with the same issue. I own a 2008 cbr 1000 as well but it does NOT look like the one the last guy had pictured. instead, it looks like the bike at the top or the cbr forum website at top of page in the banner (on the left a bit) is that the yellow on your bike,? if so, I will use the numbers you provided him, if not, I am again lost.

That paint code did work, it's exactly what you need if you have an 08 with yellow/black combo.
