2007 CBR1000rr Owner Needs Your Help

I just bought a 2007 CBR1000rr from the original owner with 24,000 miles (40,000 km) on it. I think the previous owner was "Wheelie" prone (based on some things his son said) and I think this may be the root of my problem.
There are 2 different issues that may or may not be related, but here they are.
1. Gear whine. Somewhat louder than I think would be normal with the engine running , whether in gear or not, clutch in or out. The whine maintains the same intensity revving up or coming down when there's no load.
A different story under load though.
No change in the whine on acceleration, but under engine braking the intensity becomes scary loud. This intense whine is the same in any gear while decelerating with the clutch engaged.

2. Shifting problems (no abnormal noises associated with this).
Smooth upshifts are rare without a clunk (like excess slack) unless I use a clutchless shift technique, then its smooth as silk.
This could be worn drive cushions in the rear hub, which I haven't checked yet.
Downshifting multiple gears at once, works sometimes and sometimes not.
If I'm rev matching on my downshifts, there is no problem, but if I come to a stop, (in 3rd gear for example) and want to go down to 1st, its a real chore working my way down (shift down, then ease the clutch out to engage that gear and repeat the process untill I'm back down to 1st.
Whats going on ?
HELP !!!

**Could be** shift fork and/or shift drum problems as far as the "clunk" is concerned... Those tend to get beat on by guys who wheelie from 1st to 2nd.

But these cast aluminum engines are very loud as far as gear whine. Is there any way you could capture a video of it?
