There is nothing wrong with having a sport bike and a more comfortable seat. I got a Sargent and would not trade it back for a stocker ever.

I modded mine with memory foam. Its not a cruiser seat by far but its 1000 times better than the stock foam.

I bought a Sargent for my old RC51 because the stock seat was like a board, but the RR stock seat's just fine for me.

i bought a corbin seat and i love it but it is your opinion... like everyone else says if you want to cruise get a cruiser.... other wise like the hard seat because you bought a sportbike..even the aftermarket seats are not going to be the most comfortable seats(like a cruiser) but they do make a little differance...

I guess some people are more used to getting a pounding in the ars than others.

It's a matter of getting used to it I guess. I've ridden for hours and I really don't feel the difference but again shifting side to side does make it easier to deal with. On the other hand, if u have a passenger there're gonna have big problems...lol that seat is hard as a rock with less padding.

I got a corbin seat for a 1000 to fit on my 600rr, I know I don't have a 1000 but since we are talking about seats... I think the corbin is a little wider than stock, and it pushes my legs out farther on the sides. I'm not a tall guy and it really complicates things when I stop on hills, other than that it's comfy.
