Actually of the 3 new bikes i like the R1 the best. Lose the stock cans and i think it would be pretty sweet. They also changed up the motor and it should be strong and actually have grunt down low now. Still waiting on the new GSXR though.

Yeah, if this is the current trend of sport bikes, I may never get rid of mine. I just hope the 600's don't follow suit. It seems like the manufacturer's are trying TOO hard to come up with a "groundbreaking, revolutionary design", rather than just design a good looking bike.

But I do agree, of the three ugglies, the Honda looks better.........but still VERY ugly compared to the near-pornographic look of the 07 1000RR's.

The styling is a bit odd to to me too. I don't what it is, but the first thing I thought of when I saw the new R1 is ...

I agree, Honda has the best looking Ugly Bike. Not sure what the companies are doing with the new looks. I also like the look of the KTM. Ducati sales will increase in sales do to the new looks.

 

Buy all the 04-07 RRs you can. Damn theses ugly 08-09s, wont need a helmet to ride just a paper bag to put over your head so no one sees you on theses things.

 

These new bikes are kinda like the fat chick. The absolute best head you will ever have....but you dont want anyone to see ya...
