I have an 07 CBR1000RR that blows the 20amp fuse that comes off the positive batt cable when i turn the key on. If i disconnect the start stop switch the fuse doesn't blow.I have tried another switch but the fuse still blows.I have also left the switch connected and disconnected the bank angle sensor i turn the key on and the fuse doesn't blow. Any ideas or info on this problem would be great help.

First, make sure your using the right rated fuse. Most fuses that come directly off the battery are 30 amp. If it is the correct amp, you may have some grounded out wires somewhere.

Did the bike just start doing it?
Is there anything that you did to the bike recently?
Has the bike been down?

 

figured it out I had two wires from the fuel pump backwards. Thanks for the help though.
