So basically I have $500 for a mod...my options are:

- clip ons and rear sets
- Speedo healer and Power Commander
- GPR steering stabilizer

any opinions? I already have a HRC 1/6th throttle and a Lio Vince slipon...

 

Stainless steel linesand powder coat the rearsets.

 

Rear sets , drop a tooth on the front sprocket , speedohealer

 

I already dropped the front sprocket and did a 520 conversion. I also have a 190/55 rear. Speedo healer is only $100.

 

Good frame sliders and gear. If you got those, SS lines HH pads

 

out of your options speedo healer and PC3, but i would agree with some of the others on SS lines

PC3 for a slip on = $300 wasted imo. Speedo healer, who cares. Clip-ons, are you that uncomfortable? If you dont have a steering dampner that is a really good mod. Id say otherwise get some crash protection, sliders and spools. Gel grips, heavier bar ends, Sargent seat, all for comfort.

I wouldnt waste my money on a stabilizer. Your factory one is plenty good. Unless your a track demon and feel you need it, its a waste of money imo. I agree with tk, a pc3 is a waste of money on just a slipon.

I would do the following. Intergrated rear taillight, frame sliders, better headlight bulbs, better seat and stainless lines.

If none of that suits ya, get some new or better gear. I'm not sure how your set for gear, but good gloves, boots, jacket and/or helmet make a big difference in your riding experience.

Or bank it like vpsophmore said.
