05 repsol engine
 

hey im new to the site and i was wondering i just got a engine off of a 05 cbr 1000rr repsol and i am looking for a frame to put this on. can any one help me out i dont know what year frame i can put it on so i dont know what to look for at this time. and can this motor bolt up on a 600 frame,

The motor will NOT bolt into a 600 frame... The size difference is major. that 05 motor to my knowledge will fit 04 and 05 frames, they changed some things performance wise 06-07 not sure if that affected the mounting and ****.

I have seen plenty of 600 frames with 1000 engines at my machanics shop mostly jamaican owners. I dont know whats the mod you have to do but it sure could get done. When i run into one again i'll let you know what you have to do.

it will not fit the 600 unless you cut and weld. who wants something that has had the integrity compromised?

Hey I need help I have a 2005 cbr 1000rr won't run I have weak spark, fuel & compression I just put a brand new stator and rectifier if any can help me out would be very appreciated
