A lot of you guys are real lucky not needing to worry at all for real cold climate. I would like living in a warm zone like e.g. Australia from September to April. Here we are on the doorstep to winter. A few degrees C below zero and snow in many parts of the country. Where I live, there could still be a few days with up to about +8 degrees C and full sun, so a few trips may still be there, but almost all sport and touring bikers have winter-parked since a couple of weeks. Last year I visited Australia (NSW) and rented a bike for a week, it would be great if such opportunity returns but unfortunately there as no such plans. ****.

Winter is comming for us here at 7000 feet, 20's in the mornings up to 55-60 durring the day, 2 years ago this time we already had 2 feet of snow, so far so good right now, soon as we get our first decent snow I'll be taken the bike in for some much needed valve adjustments

Here in up-state New York it is getting cold. The trees are dropping leaves and it is raining.
I had the bike out two days ago as did many bikers because it was a very warm day. Yesterday I went for a short ride. It was a little chilly and the tires did not grip well. The snow will come soon. It is time to wax the skis.

Winter came to Denmark yesterday. 3 degrees below freezing point, and snow. So I had to drive home from school in the snow freezing like H... So the bike is put away for the winter, and the only thing left for the next three months is you guy's in this forum... Send us unlucky fellows a lot of warm spring and summer pictures from down below :-)

Just have to sleep for three months now, and spring will be here again...

Well it might be cold but I'm gonna make sure that any dry day, sunny or mild then I'm out. Cant see the need for speed but to beat the traffic, yeehaa, sorry, but it's got to be done. Sat looks good here.

Well, at the prices we in Denmark pay for our bikes, we tend to nurse them a bit more that others...

Yep. Thats a big thumbs up from me. Will only park her up when they start salting the roads, dont want that nasty S**t getting on her bodywork, that would upset me big. So hoping for a frost free zone with a mild winter.
