Whats the difference?

I need a little 101 on what the difference is between a cbr 'f', 'hurricane', 'rr'.
My title says cbr 1000f. Is the 1000f a hurricane?

I am told my 1000f is the big brother to the hurricane. Me thinks its a hurricane.

Hurricane = 87-89 (ish)
1000F = 93-96 (ish, some countries went loner)
RR = 2003-current

Hurricane:

1000F

1000RR
