Rotella T Synthetic. In the blue gallon bottle at your local walmart for like $20-$24/gal.

I generally run the Rotella T in the white bottle (non-synthetic). It's $11/gal at walmart, but you can find it just about anywhere. I run it in both my bikes.

G'day mate. You don't realise what kind of chaos you can start with an oil question around here . I use Motul synth. bike oil, lots use diesel oil. After many, lengthy debates we still don't all agree...same as tyres. If you use a good quality, bike specific, oil of the right viscosity for your conditions you can't go too wrong.

Click the 'search' tab up the top and go for your life.

Rotella Synthetic here too. Wal Mart keeps it in stock, as others have mentioned.

Post worth mentioning

Since it has not been mentioned here yet

Make sure whatever oil ya get that there's no

"Energy Conserving" stamp on it ........these have friction modifiers
and make wet clutches slip.

Its just an opinion mate but I use this stuff. Castrol Semi Synthetic 10W 40 GPS Power 1. I trust it in my Blackbird and have no drama putting it in the 1000F either. Its not the cheapest oil going around but its one of the best imo. Cheers.

Looks like a good oil, Bordo. I almost always run castrol in my cars.
However, I'm not sure how available that stuff is here in the states.
Not sure i've ever seen it... not that it isn't available, you just know how oil is.
Just like the Rotella is a north american name.
