Default Wanted 1000F in Australia

Ladies and Gents, Im looking for a pristine or close to perfect or nice or or any really CBRthou OK, I need to replace my beloved Thou and well as the insurance company has written her off, I need a replacement. So if you have a CBR 1000F ring, email, snail mail, or ride her over to me and lets see what's on offer.

I have done the round of the local dealers and scanned the internet, I would love a black/red 1992/3, but any bike from 88 to 99 will be good the less K's the better, panniers, after market pipes or restored/original send them my way.

Hey Rod, did you get your wreck? I have retained mine - I am chasing a few parts - let me know.

Cheers, Craig

Sorry to hear about your wreck. I hope you made out OK. If you can find a legal way to get me a small breeding group of shingleback skinks I'll load up my 1988 Hurricane, and my spare parts bike and send them down under to you.

My wife said a Koala would be nice too. Hope everthing works out for you.

I've got a nice 88 I have been contemplating selling. Motor was rebuilt about 1K miles ago runs beatifully. Little bit of rt side fairing damage where she turned over in the garage but nothing too bad. I would imagine it would be a bit expensive to ship all the way to Australia though but if your interested shoot me an email and we can talk. fdcoleman02@yahoo.com

Thanks gents for the replies or should i say "reptiles" Stilin. Man, shingle back lizards are so cool and look so prehistoric, we get the blue tongue lizards around here and they do a great job of cleaning up the snails Our customs are down of exporting aussie wildlife! we here, hold everything Aussie as sacred, even our women You wouldn't like a Koala, they may look cute and cuddly, but in truth, stink and have bloody big claws that will rip your skin clean off [:@]

The insurance company STILL has not got back to me with a price for the "wreck" soon as they do i'll make a "d" on it, Boink1079 you have first offer on any parts etc mate.

Doesn't that look like an alternative for you otr002? Notice it seems to have ÖHLINS rear shock absorber, quite an upgrade! Fully adjustable and rebuildable, and, ofcourse, Swedish! Some scrathes and maybe a little high milage?
