It appears to me that Shell markets an oil called Rimula for the Europe Asia Pacific market. While I've yet to find anyone who say's it's exactly the same I've read lots of topics that say they are essentially the same oil. If you have a cat on your bike then I've generally read "C" oils are not good but I can't tell you why lol.

Chevron also makes a good diesel oil that people say they have good results with in their bikes. It's called Delo 400 and I believe is also available in Europe.

If all else fails perhaps you can email Shell for a definitive answer?

Rimula is correct and we in fact do get Rimula spec oil here in the US too

Most Marine places in the UK and US that service marine diesels have it

Rimula RT4 on Ebay UK - Bulk

It used to be called Shell Rimula X here many years back. Not sure if they have changed the name and dropped the X or not.

It was all called Rimula here until shell aquired Penzoil and Quaker State. After that they discontinued Penzoil's diesel oil and came out with Rotella. This is why I'm always not 100% sure it's all the same. I know they sell Rimula too but mostly for commercial applications. I haven't seen it in the store in years.
If only one of us had an Uncle in the oil business lol.
