Default Trip to the Italian alps

Just come home from a nice trip to the northern Italy alps. It would be nice to take themotorcycle next year, thistrip was by car. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZULy5Kj-b3M

The car is a Volvo S60 T5 that is chipped to 300 hp. Adjustable Koni shocks make it stable as a gocartin corners :-)

Awesome scenery, and a real shame you weren't on the bike. I keep meaning to go to Italy but always end up going to Spain instead. I guess it's cos I speak a little Spanish and zero Italian.

See some of my photo's at Bestbiking roads.com

It would have been better on the bike. Us guys from the States wish we could make such trips. Yes, we have some great scenery but I guess it's human nature to want to see someone elses.

Nice pics, R1000. The Volvo's a great car - such a pity it's only got 300HP....he he he
I wouldn't have wanted to meet those goats/sheep on a bike.....[X(]

Yes it isn't much with 300 ponnies. I guess1st gen.Honda CB 750 from 1972 has about the same weight to power ratio It helps uphills though.

There wereother goats (in uniforms) as well.I think they discussedthe space-limit, but luckily I dont understand the Italian language [X(]

On some of those twisty roads they shuttle skiers in the winter. There are many lifts. In the photo you can see the lift line to the left. In the photo we are getting to take the plunge. The orange poles belong to a lady skiing with us who took the picture.. She is legally blind. I don’t think she has all of her lights lit.
