Well after using my phone for ages I have decided to use up some of my annual bonus by purchasing a TomTom Rider - should be here in a few days.
As I already have a scala rider FM it means I will be putting the one than comes with the TomTom on ebay (Its a standard mono scala) along with my Ram Mount and medium size Aquabox - getting some cash back for those will help justify the £285 delivered cost (Ouch!) (Oh I have a link for 5% off anything from Play.com if anyone would like it - they were the cheapest I could find at £299 delivered)
I will of course post pics and a write up once I have played with it a little

I am not a big GPS on bikes fan , but hey what the heck , if it works for you Harry 
I did a few spot checks on the pricing ... gee the dam retail varies everywhere ..
I found them in Aus for up to $1200AUD
and down to $800AUD
Even the international dealers are a bit varied with pricing ..
Your £299 (about 600AUD ) seems like a great price mate ....well done !
When you get it , throw a few pics up of it ....om curious and interested ..
