Thanks from a new '93 owner
This is my first sport bike and frankly, I didn't want to hound the guy I bought it from with too many questions. I bought a 93 CBR1000F with 17,000 miles with a busted upper cowl for $1,000 and can't wait to get it on the road.
But first, I had many questions that reading the posts here has taken care of.
Anyway, I just wanted to say "thanks" to all of you that have posted wisdom here and there. I needed it.
Oh, and let me qualify myself here. I'm a loyal Honda guy with a couple of XL's in my past, an old 1973 CB 350 twin with 3,000 miles (stolen in Kentucky) and a CX 500 (that I used to burn my knees on). "It runs like a Honda"
Oh, and I'm a 240 pound fatboy, so I appreciated the thread regarding our sizes. Nice to know I'm not the only one.
Thanks again,
Idaho rider
