New tyres, chain and sprocket make the actual price to only be around 35.000 SEK. I wish my wife wanted it, which she doesn’t, thenwouldbe in my garage within a few hours and have a 4-2-1 systemby the end of the week.

And here is another real beautiful bike http://www.blocket.se/vi/15262292.htm?ca=9_s&last=1

That CB1100F has the same Gold Anodized wheels that were on my 1982 CX-500TC Turbo. I always loved those wheels. Ahhh, brings back memories...

If I were a rich man, I'd probably have a garage full of bikes
The red Blackbird is tempting but I'd better stay with the old 'Cane. I haven't made up my mind... since . I am also considering buying another kind of bike altogether: I'd like to try riding off road and am contemplating an Africa Twin, Transalp, super tenere or something in that direction...
[sm=teetertooter.gif]Or perhaps I'll sell my car?
(Probably will sell it anyhow.)

Is it just me, or is there something odd with that Blackbird? Where is the rear view mirrors? I think it looks resprayed? Maybe aftermarket fairings? Probably there is something wrong with my eyes, but it rings "rebuild" in my head... And another Q: what's that weird thing on the end of the throttleside handlebar? Some kind of "hook", or is it just a reflection?

Interesting observations Mikekop! You wouldn't be a detective of some sort, would you?
I thought perhaps the mirrors wasn't visible in that particular angle, or that it was rebuilt, as you say, and substituted with an indicatorlight.
And the "thing" on the handlebar I believe is something fastenedto the tank? Perhaps a mount for "steering damper" ("styrdämpare")?Or a mount for GPS even?

That thing on the handlebar looks tobe a aftermarket mirror but it's leaning in an odd angle...
And where the original mirrors used to be....there looks to be turn signals.....or...

I just spoke to the guy. He has put on aftermarket mirrors that is fastened on the handlebars. The turn signals (indicators) are where the mirrors used to be. He didn't like the setup very much, he told me, so if he was going to keep the bike he would put back the originals, which are in good shape. Only other bad thing, he said, was a small scratch on the right side next to the saddle.
You've got keen eyes, gentlemen.
