Default sit up and beg

i have a few bogey discs in my neck and back(ostheosorebolix or somthing)so i changed from sport tourer
to grand tourer.i did'nt have to change brake or clutch hoses or throttle or choke cables. i
had ould bits and bobs in the shed found handlebars and risers off dead bikes. it didnt cost me a red cent. i used the original bar ends.
no more ache'y breaky.

Nice job! No trouble bars touching screen on full lock?
What height are the risers?

(would love to see some larger pictures)

i gave her a good road test had no probs touching the screen.from walking pace figure of eights to 110mph motorway blast. the risers are two inch.i tried to upload the pics bigger but had to resize them twice before they worked.theres not much point telling me how to do it properly because im not exactly the bomb on the old pc.
more apt using a podger than a puter

Always good when a plan comes together, especially at zero cost, Paddy !
Nice one - maybe you could give us a list of what you used, and what bikes they came from.....?
Would be valuable to other members.

yea shadow somtimes your just lucky somtimes nothing fits.i have lots of goodies (or a pile of crap) left over from years of tinkering.i used handlebars off a suzuki ax100 and risers from a no namer chinese scrambler.but if i wanted to do the job and had no parts i'd buy risers from a fazer 600 i've used these before and there perfect for this kind of job.handlebars can come off pretty much any UJM.all the original hoses, cables and wiring can be routed to suit.dont forget to drill locater holes for the switchgear.
