I took a little trip last week. We went from Seattle to Custer South Dakota and back for the 2007 sport-touring.net national meet. I rode the GTS and we covered about 3,000 miles in nine days. Ride reports and pictures at:

Wow, what a fantastic trip ! Excellent write up and photo's as well. It looks and sounds like you had a great time. My wife and I are heading to GA, NC, TN, and AL on the 30th. Taking back roads all the way.

 

We had a great time. Infortunatly the Going to the Sun Road was closed, so we decided to skip Glacier NP and slab it across Montana to make it home a day sooner. We took Hwy 212 which isn't an Interstate, but it's straight.
Other then that it was back roads and twisties all the way!
