Default Restoration HONDA CBR1000F 1989

Well Folks, after 6 months of undoing and doing she is in one piece again.
Engine completely overhauled, suspension as well

The old looking bike

New one With BOTOX

and fairings repainted in blue instead of red.

Excellent! That and the 90 is the prettiest year I think (The last of the Gen1?). The blue looks great on the white.

Great job. Shes looking fantastic. Although having said that i prefer the red. Maybe i am biased because my 90 is the red colour scheme

I think it looks great, nothing like having your own personal touch, I am going to change a few things with mine as I go.

I think stepping off the line of originality a tad is ok. As long as it is aesthetically pleasing, that's my motto. Hope all goes well with your project.

It's beautiful ! I like stock paint and decals, BUT, I also like a job that LOOKS like a factory designed paint and graphics job even though it isn't. Doing that when you are changing it, is not always easy
