Q: Clutch fluid problem.

how to remove the air from the clutch fluid tank ? i replaced the clutch fluid and now the clutch lever won't work and i did bleed so many times but nothing changes , any idea ?

There are quite a few threads about this if you search , but I can tell you now that air in the lines is obviously the problem ...

When you bleed the clutch , you need to put quite allot of fluid through to get all the air out ...

You can try cracking the joints(bolts) in the lines to bleed to those points.
(work your way down the lines to the bottom bleeder valve )...
Are you using a catch bottle or container to run fluid into ??

Just keep pouring the stuff in the top and bleeding it out at the bottom and it will come good eventually ...but it will take a while ..

:icon_ditto: Yep thats the go. I have my young bloke help me pour the fluid in and I just pump the chit out of it until it comes good. Doesnt take long at all. Good luck with it.
