Well I finally got around to polishing the wheels on my 95 CBR1000F. I followed one of the posts over in the "How To"forum. I didn't do the whole wheel, just the lips. I've got probably 15 hours into both of them, and I couldgo a little more if I really wanted to. So whats everyone think of them? The pictures really don't due them justice. The cell phone camera and flaurecent lights don't help either.
Ok, apparently I suck at computers and .bmp files aren't supported. So I'll just give the links to the photobucket account.

they look great now if you polish them every 6 months or so and either put a coat of wax designed for the paint on them(may make them look a little dull) or put a little coat of penetrating oil on them (not alot though just put a little on a rag and wipe on) it will help to keep them that way. just some tricks ive learned working in a truck shop

Thanks for the possitive feedback. This isn't the first set of wheels I've done, wasthe first set of bike wheels though. I didn't think doing the whole wheel would look too good, since there isn't allot of shinny stuff on the bike. Plus if you've ever looked at the hub behind the discs...lots of cavities in there, would be a big PITA to do that area.
