Opinion on tyres

Hey Rick, how's it goin'?
I'm running the regular Maxxis Sport Touring tyres and they seem to be pretty good. Only done about 1000 miles on them so far, but there's no noticeable difference from the PR2's and the BT020's I've used before and hardly any wear either.
The Super Maxx probably wont last as long as mine, with the softer compounds, but I suspect that's not your first priority. Can't fault them on quality and the price is good.
Hope that helps mate.

Hawk, with just one outing together you know me too well!!! Might try the Sport Tourer though. With 6K mikes last year the thought of replacing both tyres after 3K is not lying well.
Must get another rideout sorted (with some decent weather). Are you going to the Ace - Margate rideout?
Rick
