Default older hurricane brakes on my linked system

I have a 96 and I am thinking of placing brakes of an older hurricane that my buddy has scrapped to seperate the front and back brakes. Is it worth it?

Default RE: older hurricane brakes on my linked system

Hi Mopar

Apparently there is a noticeable improvement when the brakes are separated, before you swap for your buddies brakes check out a thread in the Hurricane forum where a bloke has changed his duel brake CBR1000F into independent brakes, all it cost the guy was a few bolts a good drill bit and time/patients.

I must admit dual brakes are good but it does prevent burnouts and it does hinder wheelies.

Have Fun

Jim
