Default Not a good day

Riding home from work this past week, making a lane change, and hit a small but very deep pot hole in the road. Bent both my wheels, and flattened my front tire, although my rear one is still somehow holding air. Think it might have busted my rear shock, don't know if any damage was done to the front suspension. Knocked my tail light assembly completely off. Then, when taking the straps off, to remove it from the trailer I brought it home on, it fell over and I did something to my brake handle. Trying to decide what to do. Thinking of trying to see about buying an 05 Honda VTX 1300 from a guy I know who won't ride anymore since my brothers accident, and then keeping the Hurricane to fix as I can afford it as my fun bike. I did just find out that I might be able to file a claim with my city to get some of the damage paid for, since the road was in disrepair.

I wish you the best. you would think you should be able to sue the city but I have also heard that is a road you don't want to go down. I sure hope you get fixed though. with bikes this old its getting hard to find parts.

I just carried liability because it is paid for and that is all this state requires.Never even checked on full coverage. Might have been worth the extra expense.
