Default new exhaust

My wife is dying to have me put a new exhaust system on my recent fathers day present ('91 CBR1000F)
I have been looking for a 4 into 2 replacement for my stock system. I really want an old school super trap system. My last CBR1000F ( an 89 which she also bought me as a gift) had a supertrapp system. Assuming I am not going to find another supertrapp system what choices do I have? Due to the bikes age I am having little to no luck finding any thing.

I've got a Yoshimura 4 into 1 that I'm looking to sell that I pulled off my 95 and replaced with a stock exhaust. A pic is attached with it on my bike before I pulled it. Be aware, though, that it looks better in the pic than it does in person- there are some surface scratches and a bit of rash on the piece between the can and the pipe. Also, there is surface rust on the header- I cleaned and painted only the visible part of the pipe. I'm looking for $100 plus shipping from Philadelphia, PA.

That is why I really wish I could find a supertrapp system. You can stack the discs in the back and tune your exhaust. You can have a nice mellow tone, or you can remove all but the last couple of discs for maximum peformance. The trade off is that at max performance it is pretty loud.

Maybe cut the stock pipes off right before the muffler thus making it easy for a slip-on supertrapp?

I had a supertrapp on my first bike- 87 hurricane 600 way back in the day. Sounded good. My VH was loud even after a repack so I welded a washer at a angle(otherwise itis like a straight pipe)to put some back pressure on it. Still a bit loud but much better and I noticed no drop in pref. after adding the washer. Looking for a stock exhaust near by.
