My Hurricane is screwed again
Yer ...well ok ...my CBR is not screwed , but the freakin rear tire is bloody screwed again!! ..... 2nd flat in so many mths ......Don't yu just hate FLAT TIRES !!!
I know getting a flat is a pain in the **** when you are out riding , but ,
.... I gotta say that coming home from work today , getting ready to go for a little run and finding out that the rear tire is dead flat ...
...PISSES !!! ME !!! OFF !!!!
This time its a tiny dam screw that's done it ...
To repair or not to repair ...this is the question? ... its only a slow leak ..took 24 hrs to go down ... so I think I will run her to the shop and get a repair done ....
She still has prolly 5000 klms left on the tire ...so ****it !!! om getting it plugged !!
Would you plug or replace ?? yer yer ..its an old question ...but om askin it again guys ...
OK vent over ... om calm ... 3rd can down the hatch ...

Tough break Steve! Had me worried for a sec , thought maybe the cam chain had let loose
I'd patch mate , but then I'm a cheap ba5tard
Seriously , a patch should be good for anything off the track and if it's got 5000klms left on it it's too good to ditch
BTW Thanks for the banner , nice touch mate

Yer ..om getting it plugged Rob ... no worries about that choice ! ..
**** throwing another half worn tire away !
I was pondering doing a plug myself..... never done one myself before ? ...but then I still gotta go get the dam thing balanced anyway ...so I may as well just ride her down and get it done at the shop
Absolutely !! .... in style too Steve

Yer , well they are sort of an inside patch as well ....the plugs have like a flat mushroom head fitted from the inside out Steve...
Chit ...I would be homicidal Pete ! I don't get many flats usually , but 2 in 2 mths om pissed off !!
Haven't had a front flat for yonks though fingers crossed
Yeah me too - ! I've not had a tyre on the bike in 5 year that didn't pick up a nail or a screw - I put mushroom plugs in them and they have been fine at any speed.
It's always the back tyre too...
