Default Motorcycle shop woes.

Hey guys, I've been waiting a month to get my bike back from a local bike shop. I have been stressing out I guess and maybe going a little batty (man i love to ride).
I know I know its my own damned fault for putting the bike there to begin with but I have the extra money and thought I would get this done quickly and professionally. Man was I WRONG.
Below is my ongoing "review" of the shop in question so that others can see what is happening at this shop.

Good lord - a month?? I'd go kick the door down, get my bike back and not pay them a cent.

I've had shops around here to some work I wasn't comfortable with doing myself, but they're all highly recommended by a local forum I also belong to / good reputation with other riders in the area.

Sorry to hear about the troubles - what work were you having done anyways?

Ask to see the owner / manager and tell them enough is enough and you want your bike back NOW! Offer to pay for any parts fitted and labour to date (if any, by the sound of it) and tell tham you'll be sure pass on your opinions of their service to the many other riders that you know locally, as well as online, so that their reputation can continue to grow worldwide.

Vote with your legs mate! Get your bike to somebody who gives a stuff about customer service or have a crack at it yourself.

I called today and was told they had test rode it yesterday and again today (fine tuning i assume).
It had the fuel Ts and o-rings were worn out and cracked on the carbs. Someone had tried to silicone or putty up the joints.
I had the carbs apart and was able to inspect everything. After a few hours of trying to "rig up" something workable I gave up.

Here are some vids of the problem areas.

Look at the puddle from the cracked fuel T under the bike.
