More new guy questions, brakes this time.

Ok, changed all the fluids on this bike so far, new pads the other day and finally figured out and got the linked brakes to work. Now, when it gets warm and I’m on the brakes, the top piston on the rear hangs up, and won’t release till I crack the bleeder. Went through and completely cleaned all the lines, tore apart the rear master, but not the front. I’m thinking the front return might be plugged, but any ideas before I tear into it and bleed the system for the 3rd day in a row?

I'm sure you've checked this but it's worth mentioning, do you have plenty of free space in the fluid reservoirs. I'm not sure how the linked braking system actually works, but maybe having more room for the fluid to move would help let the cylinder move back in position. Assuming all the pins etc were cleaned and lubricated.

Hope you figure it out!

There is a proportional valve under the saddle. It may be plugged.

Link to similar problem.I had already de-linked so I had a spare and mailed him mine.
I haven't heard if it fixed his problem.
