hi its not leaking from the bowls and the drain screws are tight it leaks from the pipethat gose to the carbs which gose to the needle valve and float the bike runs but not good and as soon as you start it it starts running out the pipe..

 

Do you mean the plastic T's? They have Orings that may have gone bad on you. Sorry, without a pic, it's kinda hard to diagnose. It sounds like it is either those T's or your feed hose from your pump. That's why it only leaks when engine is running (pump is running also).
