Hurricane mileage poll.

Just thought I'd ask about the mileages of your Hurricanes, I have been lucky enough to pick up a 96 bike with only 14k miles but with Hondas legendary engines and reliability I wondered what sort of average there is. I had a Pan european for a while with 155K miles on it and it still ran like new!
How many K miles has yours done? Post it in the poll at the top of the thread please.

60k kilometers (38k miles) on mine. Opened her up and the engine looked great on the inside. They seem like pretty tough bikes

I had a Pan Euro as well. Decent bike, super reliable, quite a dated look though.

I picked up a 94 for $1700 late last year with 102000 on it ks I've since put about 1500-2000 on it and it's still strong as mind you I think it could do with a new cam chain and tensioner

Mine did 6,000 miles in 1995, then another 24,000 since then.

Change the brake and clutch fluid if it's not been done lately. It's not as hard as urban legends make out.

Lucky for me it's been done apparently lol

Right at a 12,000 miles on mine. Its a pristine garage queen I will only enjoy on nice weather days. Dont plan on taking any cross country trips with her, I have other bikes for that.
Runs like a champ as should be expected for a low mile and preserved machine. I enjoy taking it to bike nights and standing around and answering questions about her. All part of the hobby and that makes me happy.

About 80,000kms on my 90 . New cam chain and tensioner. She's strong as new I reckon.
