I have had news today from my ill father that due to the advanced growth of his cancer he is no longer strong enough to ride his 96 GL1500 Goldwing. So has asked me if I would be willing to sell my bike & buy him a car & he will give me his Goldwing. Well as sad as the whole situation is, I have accepted.
So my 92 CBR1000F & Custom trailer is now up for sale. Its sad to have to sell it after searching so hard for a good example of this model bike. But when given the choice between the Wing & the Cane, Unfortunately the Wing won (plus its wortha lot more too).
Well at least its still a Honda.

That's just wrong. A goldwing over a CBR....just wrong

 

Yeah I know. I really dont want to sell the CBR, but my father may only have a short time left & it would justkill him for me to sell his pride & joy that he is passing down to me. Anyway later on I can sell the wing & get a later CBR.

bonnetboy, sorry to hear about ur dad, u r doing the right thing. u only have one dad and it is good to make him happy, u can always get another CBR at a later date, all the best, pete...
