Great work!

Put me on the list Henry and I'm closer than Rick :D:D

Very nice, Henry. I'm curious to see how it holds up. It looks solid, though.

Actually. I have some great fabrication guys at my work. A materials list and some templates and the job could be done in-house for me (would cost me a few lunches). It would quell the host of Hurricane owners beating a path to your door. Unless of course, you want to make a cottage industry of it. Then hell, I'm in

Yeah Henry put both Hawkwind and Rick on the list ...... but dont forget Australia, we're furthest away!!!! And we'd want a Bulk Order for the guys downunder!

Sensational work Henry and thanks for sharing with the CBR world.

And just to make sure I got my message across......................pretty please will you make a few and sell them to us down here :)

Great job! Looks like you could start a small business making them.

So would you need donor ones to start from? if so where will you get them. I guess there may be a few under members workbenches maybe?

If drawings with dims are available Henry (with a donation to your favourite cause natch) l'd be happy to make one up - a turbine smooth 1000f- that sounds loverrrly.

Excellent job mate.

1000 miles down and no problems.
I've forgotten what cam chain noise sounds like.
There is definitely a subtle improvement in mid range performance. It's really hard to describe, the engine just feels smoother, I hear the exhaust note a little more where I couldn't before at 60 MPH+.
She's had a run up to near full speed and few excursions to red line without problems.
At all speeds and temperatures it's made a great bike even better.
I still get a smug feeling when I push the button from cold though, that's where the difference really shows up.
I'll take a look under the rocker cover after another couple of thousand miles and report back.
If this design keeps on working the way it has so far then yes, I'll look into a production run for a retro fit add on to an existing CCT. I guess that would keep everyone happy and perhaps make me a bit of pocket money. I wonder how many takers there'd be?

When is this bloody rain going to stop?
