Default Help with Wheels, Thank you

Hello to everyone, I have my wheels to be taken of for repaint, now as you all know I'm building a one of a kind cbr1000F .. so I want to cut heads of screws and use them as a "rivet look" on my wheels, the question is ... If I was to do that, would it throw my alignment off? cause vibration? even if I do it on both sides and exact same location? .. the way I will be doing it, taking a lot of screws and chopping their tail of and sticking the head on the lip of the wheels..sounds like a perfect idea to go with my bike.. so please give me some info, I tried looking online but I'm probably not typing right things.

Providing they balance each other out, I don't see why it should cause any vibration.
