Head bolt specs
 
I'm putting my head back on tonight and can't find the specs online for the torque on all the bolts including the camshaft holders can someone help

You had the engine torn down that much and don't own a manual?

Anyway, 1st Google link after a search: http://www.cbr1000f.org/data/downloa...ice_manual.pdf

Note carefully how the torque specs are given in the manual drawings: (example) -> 20 (2.0, 14). Explained on page 5 of the pdf, the first number is Newton-meters, second number (in parentheses) is kilograms-meter, third is foot-pounds. I know of more than one guy who assumed the first number was ft-lbs and paid a high price for that error.
