Default Hard bag options?

Are there any sport-tourer style bags that would fit our bike? (not interested in Givi, want something I can paint)

Kappa is Givi! Same thing, different name. Check out Krauser, their bags have a paintable metal plate and the holder is really slim and tidy. These are the bags I would buy if I had the money and needed new bags (I have an old set of Krauser bags).

Yes it is, isnĀ“t it? Try this instead: US Krauser dealer? Feel free to browse around, they carry Krausers all bags.

I'm actually looking for something more like Corbin beetle bags or Fjr1300/St1300 style bags, not something that looks like Sampsonite luggage - anything out there?

those look like the VFR bags and are pretty pricey and have less room. I think the only hard bag option for our bike is either Krauser or Givi. I've got a Givi set up.
