I ordered an exhaust systemfrom Germany a week ago and it came already today. It's an Akrapovic full system with thin walled stainless steelheaders and a race baffledTitanium muffler. The weight reduction is over 10 kilos, the complete exhaust is now only5,7 kg. I'll se how it works with the ported head and new camshafts. It's only about 55 days to spring here now .

The bike will for sure provide lots of power, but it could also show up tobe a costly way to reduce the overall performance if the midrange is weakened due to a bad-ported head. I have no reason to believe so by the few references I’ve got for this head porter, but you never know until the combination is tested. I'll for sure report my findings when this damn snow is gone.

 

I feel your pain. My bike is all back together and I can't even ride. I'm hopeing I picked up a bit of zip from the new exhaust and the fact that my bike is probally leaned out nicely by the change in elevation.
