Are you doing the Wirral Egg Run this year?
Apart from the charity stuff it's a chance to say hello to a fellow owner.

Aye m8, I'm up for that. I still have to source a better Shocker for the bike which I am going to get from Blacks today, I have given up on EBay. Other than that, I am ready to ride :) We'll arrange a meeting point, as its easy to get swamped by everyone.

P.S. Good opportunity to get some pics for the forum.

I'll probably have a passenger too.

If I want to get out on my own the bike has to be pushed up the road so my daughter doesn't hear it start. If she hears it she has the leathers onin a flash. I suppose I'd best enjoy her company while she still wants to be with me.:)

RE: Ghost1Rider, or any other NW UK owner

Sorry Abacus, Blacks played me a bit m8. They said the Shocker would be delivered Wednesday last week, but now after shouting at them over the weekend they said 100% today. I put my missus on the back yesterday and the damping has totally gone. It was wallowing everywhere. As forx said, we will have to meet up one sunday and do the Ponderossa trip. Taking half a day off to get the Shocker on, so anytime after now would be ideal.

Sorry for the no show m8.

You missed a great day out. At New Brighton there were bikes as far as the eye could see. I heard the Police stopped counting at 8000, We took over 2 hours to cover the 20 miles to Clatterbridge Hospital, where the NHS had large trucks to collect all the easter eggs.
The event was well organised, and credit must be given to the police for their efforts in keeping it all moving.
