RE: funny video
When I was a kid, my first bike was a moped, it could do 48kmh, sometimes 49kmh, but never 50
Two month later, I traded for a CB200, it look me an hour to take off on it the first time as it had a clutch.
It was a fun bike, quicker than my mates CB250N, but had a lower top speed
The 200 would do 100kmh easy and struggled over 110/115.
Things have obveriously changed (125kmh)
[btw, sub-100kmh bikes scrare the crap out of me and should be banned]

The throttle moves as normal, it is just some delay before the engine builds rpm to lift the moped again. As soon as the moped begins to drop he gives full throttle and the moped goes down somemore front before it begin to rise again. It is the same phenomenif one wheelie a motorcycle. At least för me that can not balance at 12 o' clock.
It seems as the guy could do this for living.
