Default Fuel line question

Does anyone recommend a specific size fuel line or brand?

I don't mate. When I replaced mine I just went to my local auto store, with a section of the old one, and bought enough to do the job. As long as it's the right internal diameter, and is proper fuel line, I don't see the point forking out more hard earned than you have to.

The reason I ask is I took it to a shop blah blah blah they forgot to put a fuel line hose clamp back on under the rack. I told them about it and I said you will also put new fuel line on for free.
I picked it up yesterday and the fuel line is so soft and rubbery it does not seem like it will hold up under that kind of extreme heat.

it's just gravity-fed so there is never any load on it provided the fuel doesn't eat through the rubber it will be fine.
