Default Fuel injection swap

Has anyone retrofitted a 1000 Hurricane engine with fuel injection? If anyone knows of a link with some help on this I would appreciate it. Thanks. I would eventually like to do a Turbo addition, and would think Fuel Injection and engine management could help.

Default RE: Fuel injection swap

I would consider not spending money and time to FI the bike, which was not your question [X(]. I do like the idea of turboing the bike though, and it would be very interesting to follow such a mod. There are a lot of sensors and other stuff that goes with FI, and often the cylinder head is special with camshaft position sensors. I would have been easier if the Hurricane existed in a FI version.Vacuum carbs like the Hurricane have are well suited for turbo applications. The float bowls must be set under pressure and things like that, which is easy and very cheap compared to integrate a FI system.
