Question Front sprocket help asap

Took off the old sprocket, before loosening, found slop in the gear side to side. It actually was loose and the bolt was very tight.
I have the new sprocket on and the same thing is happening. Is there a small amount of side to side play built into the design? I wonder id this is the correct washer? Maybe the right one has a cone shape or shoulder to press against the gear to stop the rocking? I dont want to close her up without knowing this info, thanks as always guys!

This is normal. Both my Hurricanes have always been this way.

I can torque it down and feel confident. Glad I changed it out, looks like past owner did rear and chain but never did front. It was bad...
