Wanting to add Frame sliders to my '88 1000f but cannot find them.
I was wanting to know which mount bolt you guys use or suggest the upper or lower ?
there only a few inches apart from upper to lower. Can I get a set of slidrs and put bolts in that
will fit the mounts ?

Bar Ends, my left was missing when I got the bike, the weight inside the hand grip tube has the
threaded end broken off, ( major pain in the asprin to get out ) where can I find one, or can I just drill andthread the remaining piece ?

As far as the bar end is concerned, Lochart Phillips and others make bar ends for hollow bars that might work. but you'd need probably at least 3/4 inch or so clear space from the end of the bar to use them.

 

Are you fitting Oggy ***** to the frame

 

I just want to be able to have frame sliders once I get it put back together with new skin.

Last owner wiped out pretty bad and frame around engine is really scared up, and I don't
want that to happen to it again.

No one can give me direct bolt ons, 88 year is not listed, too old !

I've been measuring and think I'm gonna get some for a newer 900 andpick up some
different mount bolts, for my motor mounts.

Will let you know how it turns out !
