fitting smaller rear indicators help please

hi guys i would like to do away with the ugly big indicators on my 1997 cbr1000f and fit nice new mini ones.

the main problem i see is when i remove the old indicators it leaves a great big ugly hole. i am sure one of you guys has changed you rear sets for some nice mini sets out there.

can some one advice me on a neat way to cover up the gaps of the old indicators. i thank you guys for all replys i might get in advance
