Exhaust removal

So weather permitting i'm going to take my exhaust off this weekend and try and get it welded up.

Any hot hints on removal appreciated, like does the radiator need to come right off or can it be shuffled forward etc.

All and any tips appreciated.

BTW I dont have any fairing plastics to mess with - they are all gone.

tips.... hmmm. i just unbolted but didnt remove the radiator and had no trouble taking off the old header and installing the new one. it is tight and did scuff my nuckles a bit, but it was apretty straight forward operation.

I found it easier just to remove the radiator. But I have nig hands.

Spend some $$$ and buy new nuts for the Exhaust. Also use some copper Grease and new gaskets

I'd plan on replacing the exhaust gaskets where the mufflers attach to the header. Mine fell into pieces as soon as I pulled the muffler out of the header.
