Default Custom Spring Spacers (thanks Dad)

I followed forum member "Dad's" earlier advice and made some new custom (3/4" longer than stock) front suspension spring spacers from PVC pipe and changed the oil to 10wt. My free and static sag are now good. The spring is still not stiff enough for my weight though, so I'm going to order the 1.0 Race Tech springs and play with the right spacer length to get my sag settings correct. I was hoping it would be good enough with just the spacers (and it's alot better), but I want it firmer! I took a few pics of the process in case anyone is interested:

Here's a couple more pics from the project (the files were to big to put them all in the original post, oops) the first is a picture of the custom rod holding tool I fashioned from my grease gun extension , and the second is just a pic of the material I used:

Now a CBR1000F "drainpipe" conversion..
